• Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to violate laws, infringe on intellectual property, upload malicious code, or use automated tools (scraping) without permission.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

6. Intellectual Property & AI Outputs

• Our Rights: The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are owned by us.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• AI Outputs: We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated output. Your use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Data Backup

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your User Content. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of your data.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
